For every problem that exists, there is an individual that has what it takes to find a solution. Our experiences and life lessons are all part of the plan to connect us to each other. Like a tapestry, each of our experiences becomes woven into the fabric of our lives. Even our mistakes and flaws add richness to the design and create a unique blend like no other. When we use our past experiences, skills and talents, and pursue our passions and dreams to design a life of meaning, we can develop our full potential that will enrich us all and maybe even help make the world a better place.

Christine Pallotti is an International Certified Business Coach & Consultant and has created Strategic Life Plans, a coaching and consulting company that guides entrepreneurs, non-profit leaders and individuals in achieving their goals and living balanced, healthy lives. She also works with an International Relocation Career Services Company and helps clients all over the globe to reinvent their lives and find meaningful careers.

Sessions with Christine are thought-provoking and enlightening. She will:

• guide you through a process that will facilitate a better understanding of yourself and others and help you move into a meaningful career path
• gently push you to envision and create a life that you love by expanding your thinking and challenging you to play big
• help you to safely examine patterns and let go of fears and negative habits that no longer serve you

Christine coaches from a commitment to helping individuals realize their full potential and express their own unique gifts. She is especially passionate about helping clients fully embrace and utilize their skills and talents to work in meaningful careers that make the world a better place.

Christine’s natural curiosity has led her on a lifelong quest for adventure and includes a wide variety of experiences from:

• Army boot camp at age 18
• back-packing through Central America
• living on an Island in the Caribbean
• jumping out of a plane at 14,000 feet in a skydiving adventure

A love of learning and a natural teacher, Christine graduated from the University of Connecticut with a concentration in Organizational Management.

Her training and experience also includes:

• labor relations and negotiations
• conflict resolution and mediation
• a political internship
• personal growth seminars and workshops
• several professional assessment tools
• graduate course-work in adult education

Professionally, Christine has extensive experience in event planning and fundraising and has started and managed several small businesses. She has over twenty years experience in the hospitality industry including managing a restaurant in the Caribbean and a successful banquet and catering business that she helped start in Connecticut.

Christine was the executive director of a successful non-profit organization for six years that assisted elderly, disabled and low-income homeowners. She recruited, trained and motivated hundreds of volunteers to renovate 25-30 homes in a single day in the spirit of an old-fashioned barn-raising. Her desire to rebuild her community and her event planning background took this fledgling non-profit organization to one of the top five affiliates in the country.

In 2002 Christine became a Certified Coach from Results Coaching Systems (RCS) and started her own coaching and consulting practice. She has trained and mentored many new RCS coaches and enjoys working with people that are interested in becoming coaches. 

Christine will collaborate with you to create a vision for your organization, business or your life. She combines her entrepreneurial spirit with her commitment to the community to facilitate change and improve humanity. She will help you to get into action to do what it takes to achieve your goals. She especially loves to work with people in career transitions, small business start-ups and working with non-profit organizations to achieve their mission.
